About Flow Dealers
Flow Dealers is a wholesale marketplace where coin and collectibles dealers and auction houses buy and sell with each other. Offers, payment, invoicing, and shipping for a trade all happen on one record.
Dealers only
Every account goes through dealer credential verification before it can buy or sell. There are no retail buyers, no consumer bidding, and no buyer premium. Browsing the marketplace is free. Selling needs a Basic or Pro subscription, with no listing fees or per-trade fees.
What you can do
- Buy at the listed price, or send an offer, counter, and message the seller on the listing.
- Pay by ACH, wire, or card. Every payment is tied to an invoice.
- Print insured labels through Shippo and ShipStation. The buyer gets the tracking number.
- See cert numbers, grading service, and grade from PCGS, NGC, CAC, ANACS, and ICG on each listing.
- Track cost, price, and profit per item, and get alerts when material you want is listed.
The company
Flow Dealers is made by Flow Auctions Inc., based in Dallas, Texas. Flow Auctions Inc. also runs two other products for the coin and collectibles trade:
- Flow Auctions, a platform for auction houses to run their auctions end to end.
- CoinManagerPro, inventory management software for coin dealers and auction houses.
